Shaun comes from a background in marketing, commercial strategy, and insights – all of which he brings together to help TRA’s clients deliver amazing experiences to their customers.

After spending 6 years at Air New Zealand, Sarah decided to make the jump over to Tourism New Zealand mid pandemic to help lead the way on initiatives to support the New Zealand Tourism Industry. Since then, Sarah has led a number of innovative projects focused on ensuring data and insights are at the centre of marketing activities.

Kristen Lunman

Co-founder, Powrsuit

Originally from Canada, Kristen spent over a decade in growth roles before moving to New Zealand in 2012. Her startup journey began with Wipster, a global video SaaS platform, and more recently as co-founder and CEO of Hatch, an investment app that reshaped the wealth habits of over 200,000 Kiwis. Following Hatch’s acquisition in 2021, Kristen set her sights on closing the gender leadership gap. Powrsuit, her latest venture co-founded with Natalie Ferguson, launched this year and is already smashing goals - proving that with the right playbook, real change doesn't have to take a century.
